In one way or another, I've been helping people in crisis my entire life. The last thing I wanted to do was to be a therapist, but my drive to learn how to help people in a meaningful and lasting way led me here. And I love what I do. I spent the better part of a decade as a bartender, so I'm no stranger to talking to people about their troubles. Now I'm in my third year seeing clients professionally, and I have witnessed some incredible changes. As of right now, I am a generalist. I enjoy working with all kinds of clients with all kinds of problems; however, most of my experience lies in the realms of anxiety, depression, and trauma. I use an eclectic blend of approaches anchored in a humanistic, person-centered tradition to tailor treatment for each of my clients. I stay flexible and humble, trusting you as the foremost expert on yourself. There are rarely, if ever, any quick fixes or easy answers, and I cannot guarantee any outcome. But I can promise to work with you toward your goals for the changes you seek.
