Introduction

I am so glad you are here! If you landed on this page, chances are you are looking for some kind of change or new connection in your life. I hope you give yourself the credit you deserve for being here. The world we live in moves too fast, makes us feel like we’re always moving too slow, and tells us that slowing down and taking time for ourselves is somehow wrong. The truth is we are not designed to always be moving so quickly and doing so much all the time. Our nervous systems, bodies, and minds need time and space to slow down and process our lived experiences. In a world moving so fast, our true inner voice, our anchor, is often so hard to hear. Sometimes the noise of life is so loud and overwhelming that we can’t even remember we always have that loving inner voice at all. There is never a shortage of people and messages telling us who and how to be and what society tells us will bring us joy and happiness. What if we don’t need to look anywhere besides inside ourselves to find that joy and fulfillment? By taking time to slow down and listen to what our minds, bodies, and hearts are telling us, we can (re)connect to our true self, that internal wisdom that is always there showing us the way and begin to learn to reconnect with who we really are. From this place of self-love, compassion, and curiosity, we can begin to see the many masks we wear for what they really are and reconnect with our true loving self and regain control of our lives and healing journeys. I am a board-certified licensed psychotherapist with decades of experience helping people. Through a truly holistic lens, together we can focus on what matters to you, identify areas in your life that you want to work on, and learn to live a life that feels more authentic and aligned with who you are.
