I offer a unique perspective as a therapist: as a former marketing/communications professional, I understand the unique struggles that people face while balancing family and marital roles. There's no such thing as "doing it all!" I've also trained in various modalities for healing trauma, whether it stems from grief, abuse, or relationship issues. I believe in a direct, collaborative approach in an uplifting and positive way. You will not lie on the couch and talk while I stay silent. Rather, our sessions are an active partnership in a safe and supportive environment. I use humor, warmth and real-life practicality to help my clients achieve peace, resilience, and strength in their lives.
