I am a strengths-based clinician. Our problems and struggles are not our identity, and so my goal is to get to know and understand you as whole person, not just the part that is struggling. Working in mental health for over 20 years has provided me the opportunity work with many populations. I've discovered that in spite of all of our differences, most of us just want to connect, feel fulfilled, and be at peace.
