Introduction

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor & Clinical Supervisor. I specialize in working with those who experienced trauma and are struggling to understand and process how it has impacted them, how to heal and move forward, and lean into post-traumatic 'growth'. I work with many of the symptoms that survivors experiences as well, including anxiety disorders, sleep disorders, and interpersonal struggles. I draw from several methods, interventions, and modalities with a priority on a trauma-informed, feedback driven perspective. I will constantly check in with you about the therapy, how it's working, and will shift directions to make sure what we are doing is effective, therapeutic, and healing. I have been trained in traditional evidence-based modalities and also holistic and transpersonal perspectives.
