Introduction

Seeking counsel outside your circle of family and friends can be a difficult process. My goal is to offer a safe, empathic and compassionate environment within which to address the issues you face. Guiding conversations toward hope and healing, collaborating on possible solutions to help you remember your most authentic and joyous self. I am certified in EMDR Therapy. EMDR is an incredibly versatile, empirically proven methodology of psychotherapy, that helps clients process past and present traumatic life events. But EMDR can also be used for performance enhancement ––such as preparing for challenging work ahead, school or even athletic performances. Other uses of EMDR include addressing: Anxiety Depression Crisis of Faith Relationship Issues Parenting Difficulties Loss and Grief Issues Personal Growth Issues Negative Effects of Shame and Perfectionism Whatever challenges you face ––or, goals for personal development you strive for, I look forward to helping you craft a protocol for success.
