Hello! I am Christy Corsun-Ascher, a Licensed Clinical Psychologist. I attained my B.A. in Psychology from Beloit College, WI, and my M.S. and Psy.D. In Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University, FL. I enjoy working with adolescents, young adults, and adults using a variety of cognitive, behavioral, choice therapy, dialectical, and supportive techniques, relying on evidence- based practices to guide my approach to each individual. My experience working with individuals with mood disorders (depression, anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, and more) as well as adjustment disorders, psychotic disorders, personality disorders, attentional disorders, and behavioral disorders has shaped my goal of helping each individual find ways to effectively cope with their life stressors as well as ways to experience greater happiness in life overall.
