Introduction

I love being a therapist! There is nothing more inspirational than witnessing an individual or a couple come from a place of feeling hopeless and overwhelmed transform themselves and their relationships into something they never imagined possible. Each of us holds within ourselves tremendous potential and an innate knowing of just what we need. I look at symptoms as creative, adaptive responses to our environment that should be respected as such. Through positive connection with others, we can learn new ways of relating to our bodies, our spirits, and our world. I use a collaborative approach to treatment, with the belief that without your perspective and input, therapy will not be nearly as beneficial. Together, we can separate how the past continues to influence your current life so you can live in a more fulfilling, authentic way.
