Introduction

I specialize in family/couples counseling. I also work with individuals 18 and up who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, life stressors and/or substance use disorders. I have experience in a variety of settings from inpatient and outpatient mental health/addiction centers, school systems, residential facilities and in private practice. I believe most people could benefit from counseling to help navigate through all of life's challenges. It is not always easy to ask for emotional support. I am here to give positive guidance through that journey. Treatment is personalized to each individual, family or couple and to their specific situation.
