Relationships define us in so many ways, especially our relationships with what I call "The Big Five": with our romantic partner(s), with family, with friends, with work, or the most important, our relationship with ourselves. Through open and affirming talk therapy which incorporates humor and a relaxed approach, I can help you identify and understand the behaviors getting in the way of you living your best life and provide tools to help you navigate challenging relationships. Talking about difficult or uncomfortable issues can be stressful, but experience has taught me that the only way forward is through.
