Introduction

While I enjoy working with clients with a multitude of presenting issues, I primarily specialize in treating trauma and PTSD. Using an integrated approach to therapy, I collaborate with clients on working through past and present difficulties to develop insight into complex issues and achieve the highest level of functioning. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Provider (CCTP), clinically trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Polyvagal Theory, and other evidence-based treatment modalities such as CBT and DBT.
