Introduction

Welcome to my private practice. I am a clinician specializing in the treatment of trauma and early childhood attachment ruptures. I am eclectic and work to find the best fit for each individual client but do approach treatment via the lens of an EMDR belief-focused approach to understand how the past influences the present and future. Additionally, I integrate other methodology along the way to include CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, and ego state work to ensure the greatest insight and long term progress.
