Introduction

My 25 years experience in the mental health, substance abuse and education field has allowed me to work successfully with adolescents, young adults, adults, couples and families. I specialize in anxiety and mood issues, addiction in adolescents and adults, relationship, school and LGBTQ+ related issues. Everyone's experience is their own as is their decision on how to heal. Allowing yourself to be vulnerable with a stranger can feel intimidating to anyone. I meet every client where they are in their healing process. My practical approach implements effective psychotherapy methods that help to develop better self awareness, thought processes, communication styles and coping strategies. It has been my experience that the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important factors in treatment success. Call me to see if we are a good fit.
