Introduction

I have 20+ years' experience working with adults, children/teens, families, and young adults. I specialize working with individuals from marginalized communities and those struggling with a variety of trauma-related issues including suicidal thoughts, self-harm, sexual abuse, anxiety, and depression. I have worked in grassroots and community behavioral health programs since 1998 in the following states: VA, TX, AR, and MA. I am a Level I Solution-Focused Therapy practitioner who also has training/experience in other trauma and evidence-based models like Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT). Sessions will focus on what is important to you and what you want to be different and/or better in your life. We will co-create a plan to help you achieve those things.
