Introduction

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker that offers supportive services that help individuals and children, youth and families, learn how to move through difficult times and, set and achieve, personal goals for healthier living; mentally, emotionally and physically. Our individual work focuses on transforming thoughts, feelings and behaviors by using a solution focused perspective to target negative thinking patterns, overwhelming feelings of depression, fear and disturbing thoughts due to traumatic experiences and losses. We believe in treating the whole person; Mind, Body and Soul and as a result, holistic treatments are also offered; such as, Yoga, Mindfulness, Sound Therapy and Reiki.
