Introduction

I provide individual, couples, and family sessions for the treatment of depression, anxiety, PTSD, and relational issues. All families, couples, and individuals are welcome. My specialty is supporting adolescents and young adults with recovery from addiction. I use Adolescent Community Reinforcement Approach (A-CRA). A-CRA is a structured treatment model with 10 individual sessions for adolescents, two with caregivers alone, and two with adolescents and caregivers combined. A-CRA has been shown to be among the most effective and affordable approaches for the treatment of adolescent substance abuse (Dennis et al., 2004).
