With over six years of dedicated experience in independent coaching and lay counseling, I have experience working with teens, young adults, individuals, and couples. Some areas of experience include anxiety, stress, depression, life transitions, premarital, parenting, pregnancy loss, and relationships. I am particularly passionate about supporting parents of neurodivergent children, those with disordered eating, and pregnant and postpartum women. I am a Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate student at Liberty University, working towards completing my clinical hours for graduation in May 2025. I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Counseling from Manna University in 2021 and a Master of Arts in Pastoral Counseling and Life Coaching from Liberty University in 2022. My therapeutic approach encourages clients to explore new perspectives and behaviors. I am committed to a holistic approach, addressing physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual needs, and work closely with clients to develop customized treatment plans that suit the person.
