Introduction

I am a licensed clinical psychologist dedicated to helping others discover a deeper connection with themselves and the world around them. My approach to psychotherapy is influenced by psychoanalytic and psychodynamic theory. In our work together, we will explore how your conscious and unconscious processes are influencing your ability to heal and evolve. I invite and encourage collaboration and feedback throughout this journey. I practice from a culturally sensitive lens that recognizes the impact of sociopolitical factors on mental health. I have experience with and am interested in working with people who are in the midst of life transitions and encounter difficulties with mood, emotion regulation, interpersonal relationships, anxiety, self-esteem, eating disorders/disordered eating, couples, and anyone who is open to self-reflective, insight oriented treatment.
