MA, LPC Christina Pust
Specialties: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, LGBTQIA+, Adjustment Disorder,

Introduction

Change is not an easy journey and often times is much more difficult when done alone. I am honored to be welcomed to walk on such journeys with people. I hold a strong belief that the therapeutic bond developed is imperative and thus prioritize individual comfort and safety through a non-judgmental, openly accepting lens. I hope to be a support throughout the rough, the smooth, and all of the levels in between– a support in which aims to validate, affirm, empower, and uplift. Beyond my specialty, I enjoy working with individuals whom are looking to better understand and manage their anxiety, intrusive thoughts, stress, trauma responses, and depression. I aim to support and encourage those having difficulty with navigating change and life transitions. I take my job seriously – though I don’t necessarily take myself seriously. I believe that therapy can be fun, light hearted, and full of laughter. I value humor and art as a connecting and communicative tool. Do you have memes saved in which you feel describe all of life’s problems? Do you have a song in which puts words to your feelings in a way you are not able to? Bring them all in or send them my way. I look forward to sitting with you through moments of laughter as well as deep sadness, heartbreak, and rage. I have hope that we can not only exist together throughout these moments, but also develop plans and solutions for a better life.
