Hello, my name is Christina Mellenberger. I am originally from Southern Wisconsin and went to college in Tennessee. I have been in Mankato for about 5 years. I have worked in a variety of mental health settings including private practice, school-based therapy, and in-home with families. My previous job was a caretaker in a group home. I did my undergraduate work in education with an emphasis on middle school. I enjoy working with clients with disabilities. I like to take a holistic approach and use a variety of techniques depending on the client's preference and needs. I specialize in anxiety, autism, ADHD, depression, trauma, and traumatic brain injuries. I am trained in brain spotting to process trauma. I like to help my clients' get to the root of the problem and assist them in coming up with solutions. I recognize that therapy is a journey filled with highs and lows. I enjoy getting to know each of my clients on an individual basis and advocate for their needs.
