Introduction

Welcome to Intentional Courage Therapy, LLC. Christina Marinaro is a Licensed Professional Counselor who is committed to your journey, growth, and success. Christina is licensed in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Life is MESSY, can be daunting at times, and may seem overwhelming. Christina believes therapy is a perfect place to sort out any struggle(s) you have, and she hopes to help you in that process. Your time will focus on developing a safe space for you to explore your life/struggles/stressors, build resiliency while addressing mental health symptoms, collaborate on your treatment goals, and evaluate progress towards them. Christina strives for our sessions to be dynamic, interactive, open, and safe. Christina is not the type of therapist to sit back and ask, “So how did that make you feel?” the entire session. Christina is passionate about healing, identifying patterns of behaviors, positive growth, your own defined success, and finding a silver lining in all situations. Christina genuinely believes people do the best with what they have and when they have more, they do more. Christina offers hours from 6pm - 8pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Christina also offers appointments on Sunday's, typically from 12pm - 5pm. *Please note that if you are using insurance, Christina uses a separate billing provider and insurances will need to be entered and verified at least 1 business day prior to your appointment.* Christina is credentialed with the following insurance companies: New Jersey- Optum, Oxford, Aetna, United Health Care, Oscar Health, Horizon BCBS of NJ, and Cigna Pennsylvania- Optum, United Health Care, Aetna, Cigna, Independence BCBS of PA and Compsych. If you’re struggling to cope and are interested in partnering on your therapeutic journey with Christina, send submit a consultation request to see if we are a good fit. Take good care.
