Introduction

I am a national certified counselor (NCC), EMDR certified, licensed professional counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado working as a private practitioner in Littleton. I view therapy as a collaborative process with an emphasis on a warm, compassionate, non-judgmental therapeutic relationship. I am passionate about supporting clients on their journey to discover and explore the unconscious thoughts, beliefs and strategies that often drive our behaviors. I am a trauma-informed therapist who works with clients through a mindfulness lens to help increase present-moment focus and self-compassion. My work is grounded in a relational, humanistic approach and my techniques are depth-oriented and vary based on the needs of the client. I draw from Psychodynamic/Depth Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), as well as the Enneagram personality system. I believe in the uniqueness of each individual and will strive to understand the ways in which you may be impacted by cultural and societal pressures, and I welcome all ethnic and cultural backgrounds, religious and spiritual beliefs, and sexual orientations. I will support you in increasing your self-awareness and developing the skills needed to create positive change in your life. Whether you are struggling with overwhelming emotions, feeling stuck inside unhealthy patterns or looking for support around challenging life experiences, I will help you create a more meaningful life by increasing self-awareness and reconnecting with your values. In a collaborative, motivating, and empowering environment I will support you in developing the life skills needed to move towards the things that matter most in life. It would be an honor to accompany you on this transformative journey. Let's connect today!
