I enjoy working with adults and adolescents to address a range of challenges, including help with a major transition, starting/sustaining/ending a relationship, becoming a parent, growing a family, infertility, switching careers, or aging. I have expertise addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, disordered eating, and stress from work, school or interpersonal relationships. I strive to help all clients explore their emotions, develop effective coping skills, and make positive change in their lives. I use a three-pronged approach to therapy, focusing on coping skills for immediate relief, psychodynamic exploration to create positive, healthy relationships and existential techniques to help find meaning and achieve life goals.
