For 20 plus years I've worked with individuals and couples desiring to live well through life's difficulties and to discover the hidden treasure of a more intimate relationship with their faith in Christ Jesus. My therapeutic approach is influenced by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). This approach encourages us to live a more flexible life around difficult thoughts, emotions and life circumstances, while teasing out what really matters most to us.
