For the past ten years, I have worked with adolescents and adults who wish to improve their mental health, feel happier, feel less anxious, and feel less stressed. The clients I see come to therapy to work on varying goals: improving overall mental health and emotional well being, addressing and reducing depression and/or anxiety, improving relationships, better managing stress, learning how to set boundaries, and processing trauma and life stressors, just to name a few. All reasons for coming to therapy are valid and you are welcome here. I work from a holistic and affirming perspective. Life can be hard. Having a nonjudgemental and safe therapist to discuss challenges with can make life, work, relationships, and family more manageable. Let's work together to find ways for you to feel less stress and more joy. I deeply feel that everyone deserves a safe, nonjudgmental, and supportive space to discuss and process their unique life experiences and emotions. Therapy is a tool that can benefit most everyone if only they are courageous enough to take the first step. Are you ready to take the first step towards improving your life?
