I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California, who has over 15 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families in a variety of settings. Currently, I specialize in working with adolescents and adults with anxiety and/or depression. I utilize Mindfulness Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Psychodynamic approaches based on my clients needs and what is best fit for them. Overall, my counseling approach is open, warm and aimed to help you have better understanding and insight. It can take a lot to reach out for support and begin counseling, and I am here to listen and help you feel comfortable with the process. I always aim to help my clients feel heard and understood.
