Introduction

Along with individual, couples, and family therapy, I also offer domestic violence assessments for use in court proceedings, "How to Increase Confidence" psychoeducation programs, anger management courses, specialized team building and communication workshops, and am able to provide court ordered therapy reporting, Department of Children and Family Services or Veteran's Treatment Court assessments. Let's work together to explore your dynamics, patterns of thinking, "go to" emotions, and behaviors that create strife. With a collaborative approach, we will create specific goals and a plan to help you overcome your obstacles. I combine my education with my personal experience as a child of immigrant parents, a service member/spouse of a service member, as a wife, and as a mother to create a unique connection with each of my clients.
