Specialties: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Abuse Survivors, ADD/ADHD,

Introduction

As a Marine veteran, parent, and dedicated therapist, I bring both life experience and professional expertise to my work, using EMDR therapy as my primary modality to support clients on their healing journeys. I believe in meeting clients where they are, blending their knowledge of their own lives with my mental health training to foster collaboration and meaningful growth. Many of the issues I address, including trauma, anxiety, parenting challenges, and relational dynamics, are deeply personal and significant to me. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their experiences and achieve lasting resilience and change.
