I’m here to reflect and validate the feelings and thoughts you may be experiencing using trauma informed and evidence based practices. You don't have to struggle alone. I can be reflective and curious alongside you through these life transitions that often can be hard to navigate. We’ll explore your most pertinent thoughts, feelings, wants, desires, or needs. By elevating your voice you may find a deeper connection to yourself and others. I'll highlight your strengths, empowering you to be in control of your experience. We’ll find the paths that create a more grounded sense of self.
