Introduction

As a LICSW with over 16 years experience, my goal everyday is to help my client reach theirs! I have had my own practice since 2015, specializing in CBT and Motivational Interviewing, serving clients 16+. I believe in treating the whole person, not just the symptoms that may bring the person to treatment. I offer virtual 1:1, virtual/ in person coaching and in person groups! My holistic practice and love for health and fitness, brought me to expand my scope of practice to include nutrition and life coaching in 2021. Now in 2023 to include corporate mental health training, seminars and coaching. I am passionate about my work and strive to help each person find their path to a healthier self. Whether you need individualized mental health care, nutrition guidance, need help determining your life goals and direction or want make your work place a healthier environment, I am excited to be the person by your side as you reach your goals!
