I am a licensed clinical psychologist. My guiding principle is that every one of my clients deserves to experience joy, meaning, connection and fulfillment. Depression, anxiety, trauma and challenging interpersonal dynamics can obscure and frustrate this pursuit. As a therapist, I partner with each of my clients to manage these obstacles and help them experience the fulfilling lives that they deserve. In addition to working with my clients, I hold an appointment as an instructor at Stanford University School of Medicine. Using my background in research, I am able to better understand the mechanisms of these conditions and identify the treatments that are most likely to offer relief. I have the utmost respect for each of my clients, who are willing to forgo the patterns and habits that they know in favor of a more profound sense of fulfillment and self-actualization. Let us work together to help you get more out of your life
