Introduction

I have been working with families since 2017. In that time I have had the opportunity to work with families who are experiencing both physical and emotional trauma, homelessness and drug addictions. I enjoy working with parents, children, tweens, and teens. The world is full of stressful situations and life has it's ups and downs, during these moments we could all use some help and guideance in learning how to cope in a healthy way. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with an endorsement in Infant Mental Health, Certificate in Clinical Trauma, and a Certified Case Manager. Lets work together to make life as enjoyable as you can. I use talk, play( I am trained in play therapy) and journaling as forms of therapy as well as cognitive behavioral theory. I practice a solutions focused and strength-based modality as I believe with the right tools we all have the power to live a healthy, positive and rewarding life. I am not taking new patients at this time. I will hopefully have openings in the coming months. I would enjoy meeting with you and the opportunity to work with you to help guide you to learning new skills that will allow you to live a less stressful life and be a better you.
