Introduction

Kaleidoscopes allow us to play, shift, and see things differently. To work, they need light, reflection, and a space that holds the colorful pieces so they can realign. People need those things, too. Play. Light. Reflection. Shadow. Being seen. Knowing we matter and belong. Someone to help us hold all the pieces so that we can see them more clearly. Space for reclaiming our stories, our trust with our bodies, and our own knowing. I help people who long to be themselves, but are held back by believing they are "too much" or "not enough." This often includes folx who are queer and trans, fat, Black, Brown, Indigenous, People of Color, Disabled, chronically ill, neurodivergent, female bodied people, kids, teens, and anyone else who has experienced harm. Together, we create space for light, darkness, and new patterns and stories to emerge. We transform loneliness into belonging, uncertainty into connection, shame into compassion, and hopelessness into possibility. We sift through the narratives of our lives and bodies, and begin to tell our own truest story. Click the Client Portal or Contact Page to set up an initial appointment.
