I strive to empower you to be the best version of yourself. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with children, adolescents, teens, and young adults. I have worked in a variety of settings such as residential, school-based, and outpatient. I help those struggling with things such as anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, family conflict, and self-harm to gain insight and reduce negative mindsets. I believe that every person has a unique journey that has led them to where they are now. I use a variety of therapeutic practices that are tailored to each individual's goals and needs. These include things such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and play therapy. Let's take the first step to becoming your best self.
