Welcome! I appreciate your taking the time to learn more about my services. I have been a licensed clinical psychologist for over ten years. I have expertise working with adults from a multitude of backgrounds, presenting with a wide range of psychological concerns. I utilize a collaborative, culturally informed, strengths-based approach to treatment. I believe in teaching evidence-based tools for coping and change; as well as facilitating insight into behavior, emotions, and relational patterns. I work with adults via telemedicine throughout California. I also offer in-person sessions in Los Gatos, California. In addition to my clinical practice, I provided training, supervision, and consultation as a research psychologist at the San Francisco VA Medical Center and the Northern California Institute for Research and Education for over eight years. I completed my postdoctoral fellowship at Kaiser Permanente in Santa Rosa, and my internship at the Loma Linda VA Medical Center. I received my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology, and my bachelors and masters degrees in Psychology from Stanford University.
