Asking for help can be hard and initiating counseling can be difficult. My goal is to provide a warm & welcoming environment and develop a strong partnership to meet goals you have for yourself. Relationships are important for humans - including the relationship with our self. I work from a strength-based approach to empower people to become experts in their own healing & wellness journey. Discovering strengths & capabilities can assist in a deeper understanding of ourselves & our relationships to make necessary changes for improved quality of life. At Synergy Counseling and Wellness PLLC we have a loveable & friendly Golden Retriever on staff. Simon is a certified therapy dog certified by Alliance of Therapy Dogs who loves his job. He is a calming and comforting presence during your time in the office. The human-animal connection provides an additional type of relationship experience.
