Introduction

Hi, I’m Christian — a licensed mental health therapist in Oregon and Washington. I specialize in helping people navigate life’s challenges, manage emotional struggles and psychic stress, and find relief from a wide range of mental health concerns. Along with my foundational mental health expertise, I have a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by caregivers, older adults, individuals with disabilities, those living with dementia, and people with chronic or serious illnesses. I offer secure video and phone sessions, typically about an hour long. For clients with serious illnesses, disabilities, or caregiving responsibilities, I may be able to make home visits on Portland’s Eastside and in nearby communities (with health insurer approval). With nearly 10 years of experience, I’ve supported adults at all stages of life as they encounter and adapt to difficult emotions, relationship struggles, and the complexities of everyday living.
