Hello, I am not the greatest at introductions, but what I can write in this space is a collection of experiences that my clients have expressed to me before becoming my client and while being in sessions. 1) My previous therapist took a listening approach, which is good but I left the sessions with no tools. 2) My previous therapy experience was good, but I feel like I am at another level and need more intensive services for where I am in life. 3) My previous therapist was not well versed in grief. 4) My previous therapist and I got along too well. It stunted my growth. 5) I needed someone knowledgeable about Christian values 6) I enjoy the wholistic approach and how brainspotting is apart of your skill set.
