Introduction
Chrissy takes a relational approach to counseling by creating a non-judgmental, empathic environment for her clients as they navigate through life. She is a culturally competent, relational therapist who helps clients move toward wholeheartedness. She sees the various aspects of a client’s life such as social, spiritual, physical, mental, emotional and financial/work as interconnected. She works with clients using a multi-faceted approach including Attachment-Based, Internal Family Systems, CBT, Person-Centered, and Mindfulness approaches as well as pulling from other therapies when appropriate. Her clinical practice focuses on individual therapy with adults. Chrissy has clinical experience working with clients experiencing trauma, chronic pain, anxiety, grief, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. She is open to leading workshops and speaking on various mental health topics.
