Introduction

I am dual trained as a Licensed Professional Counselor in Florida and Tennessee and as a Certified Mental Performance Consultant through the Association of Applied Sports Psychology. In addition, as a Certified Grief Educator, one of my specialties includes grief and loss of which there are over 40 tangible and intangible types. I offer the Grief Recovery Method nationwide which is an evidenced based 6 week program.
