Introduction

My passion is providing psychotherapy that is compassionate and collaborative. I am a licensed psychotherapist and developmental psychologist who specializes in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for children, adolescents, families, and adults with anxiety, obsessive compulsive spectrum, emotion dysregulation, and other common mental health problems. As a scientist and clinician, I have focused on disseminating evidence-based treatment because I believe everyone deserves access to what works. My implementation of this approach is a synthesis of art and science, knowledge and humility, acceptance and change.
