My areas of expertise are anxiety, depression, self-esteem, adolescent issues, and relationships. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Indiana and have over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. My approach is personalized and holistic to fit your specific needs. I utilize a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, strengths-based and solution-focused interventions to help you achieve your goals. Together, we will go beyond managing symptoms, build your capacity, and empower you to take control of your wellness.
