Introduction

Hey there! I’m a therapist who loves working with adults, teens, and couples who are struggling to manage anxiety or relationship issues. Sometimes there is a clear cause such as a trauma or stressful life change, and sometimes life just seems to be getting harder to manage. The clients I work with typically come to therapy feeling overwhelmed and disconnected, and feel like they are working harder than others just to function. I’m passionate about building a trusting and supportive relationship with clients, where we can work together to improve your quality of life and increase connection to yourself and others.
