My primary focus is to build a relationship with you as we begin our work together. I hold an extensive background with individuals that include struggles with addiction, obsessive/compulsive behaviors, depression, trauma-related disorders, suicidal ideation/self-harm, women's issues, and anxiety using a variety of approaches with EMDR being at the forefront.
