Chloe Friedman, LMSW, is passionate about providing quality, personalized mental health care to her clients. She uses an integrative and psychodynamic approach, using techniques and interventions from several different modalities including trauma-informed therapy and mindfulness. She is an expert in helping others build healthier relationships, navigating her clients through conflict and assisting them in fostering fulfilling relationships. Chloe’s experience and training allows her to deeply understand the human condition and guide individuals towards building deeper connections with others and most importantly, with themselves. She uses a collaborative approach, developing a treatment plan together, to achieve the clients’ goal of transformational, lasting growth. Chloe earned an MSW from Columbia University where she received specialized training and fieldwork and developed advanced clinical skills concentrating in health, mental health, and disabilities. She has a significant understanding of what it means to be compassionate to someone else’s pain. She wants to help open up options and provide clear thinking for individuals. Chloe guides clients to live their truth and support them through their own self-discovery and healing. She strives to understand your story and build on your strengths using cognitive, behavioral and mindfulness techniques.
