Introduction

I’m a mental health therapist committed to helping individuals, couples and families address emotional and relationship issues impacting you in the here and now. My sessions are exploratory and collaborative as we get to know each other and seek a better understanding of the changes you are seeking in your life. I have additional trauma-focused training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). As an Approved AAMFT supervisor in training, I also provide a unique lens for mental health providers in training who are seeking their own therapy.
