Introduction

You've been dealing with life in all of it's complexities and in spite of your best efforts, for any one of a number of reasons you 've found yourself in the position of feeling stuck. I take into consideration the fact that we are all multifaceted individuals. My approach is targeted to those parts of you in need greatest need. I draw from a number of tools: Cognitive-Behavioral, Behavioral, Desensitization, Thought-Stopping, Mindfulness, Brief Therapy and Family Systems, EMDR. Interventions used are based on the client's needs. Taking this step can be overwhelming and sometimes even scary. I want to celebrate you for taking this step. I've been working in the field for almost 25 yrs helping through challenges that ranged from relationship challenges to various mood disorders.
