I draw from a number of tools: Cognitive-Behavioral, Behavioral, Desensitization, Thought-Stopping, Mindfulness, Brief Therapy and Family Systems Interventions used are based on the client's needs. I've been working in the field for almost 25 yrs helping through challenges that ranged from relationship challenges to various mood disorders.
