Introduction

I have over 12 years experience working as a marriage and family therapist and I am trained in utilizing EMDR, Brainspotting, and work from a person-centered approach. I have a background working with the neurodivergent population and also working with neurotypicals who have suffered with trauma. I am client-centered and will create an individual or couple's treatment plan to meet your specific needs. I work with couple's on building healthy communication styles and teach valuable problem solving skills to help heal the wounds from their past and to launch them into a new perspective to meet their own needs and his/hers/their partners. I am only seeing people virtually.
