Introduction

I am a licensed professional counselor with an emphasis in Clinical Mental Health counseling. I served over 25 years in the United States Air Force, and over 20 years as a Christian counselor and motivational speaker. After my military retirement, I went back to school to complete my Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Master's Degree in Counseling, all while being married and raising middle school thru college aged children. Was it Hard? Absolutely! Was I tired? Extremely! Mentally and physically! Did I need emotional support and encouragement to continue? Yes! I don't know if I could have made it to the finish line if I didn't have support and encouragement. As your counselor, I WILL meet you at YOUR level and, together, we will walk your path to success: a better, healthier, happier YOU; and if you want to incorporate spiritual, biblical, or military aspects or references into your sessions that's okay too, just let me know.
